Classroom Communication
A Reference Board for Ongoing Activities and Information (Virtual Tour)
Transcript
Communication is really important for me and my students, so one of the things we have in our classroom is the information center. The information center is both information that's put here by me and my students. The calendar, for example is completely done by the students and it's different students' responsibilities to come up to fill in the calendar each month to check with different information with what they would like. To check with the principal, to look at our school, make sure that the information is on that calendar. As well, students in our class use the Gmail calendar and so we can share our calendar information electronically. The information here are ongoing events in our class like our book talks or reading activities, where students can fill in checklist, check on dates, and keep themselves really up to date with what's going on in the classroom.
