Behind me is a saying about integrity and the class chose it to represent the month's character trait. The school district has a different character trait for each month and what we do is, we gather in the gym as a school and we do presentations on the character trait for each other. For this month, it was our turn to introduce the character trait of integrity and so what the students did was they found the saying they really liked and that they really understood and thought embodied what this character trait is in the gym to show the character trait of integrity. They stood side by side and in sequence each said their word, raising their sign to say their quote. "Real integrity is doing the right thing. Knowing that nobody is going to know whether you did it or not."
Activity Objective
The goal of Instilling Integrity: Raising Awareness About Character (Virtual Tour) is to promote a community of learners and establish a safe learning environment by exploring various character traits on a monthly basis.
