Transcript
Vivid Sentences is a way to get our boys and girls to expand their knowledge of language. I will give them a simple sentence, and they are to expand it using who, what, when, where, how, and why. For example, "the mother jumped the burglar", we dont know what type of mother it is, and this child said its a fifty year old grandmother. The burglar, hes big and hes buff. It tells when she jumped him. She could go on and include why and how this grandmother jumped this particular burglar.
