Forming Letters
Verbal Prompts to Facilitate Learning (Virtual Tour)
Transcript
When we talk about the letter of the week we talk about how to form that letter and if it's made of curvy lines or straight lines or both and if they're tall or short or if they sink below the line. So for an S, we say "we start at the top and we curve around, and then we curve around again." Sun, we would say it's a shorty, a shorty, a shorty. And in this word dog, we would say that dog has a tally, a shorty, and a sinky.
