Soda Pop Label Designs
Examining and Creating Print Advertisements (Virtual Tour)
Transcript
In media literacy the students looked at different types of advertisements and we also focused on the purpose and the audience. So who would be wanting to buy this product, as well as the reason for buying the product. The students were then given the task to design their own label for a soda pop, and these are some great examples of what they came up with. On the label they had to include the title of the product, as well as use bright colors and bold lettering. They also had to include information about the nutritious value. So they really looked at examples that would be on different products, and their nutritious values and use that to design their own label.
