The students did an activity on nouns, and each student was given a magazine to find people, places, and things. But before we could begin this activity, each student was taught the definition of what are nouns. And we all know that nouns are people, places, and things. So, in that magazine they were to locate people, places, and things, and then on a piece of Manila paper, categorize those things, as you can see, people, places, and things.
Activity Objective
The goal of People, Places and Things: Understanding Nouns (Virtual Tour) is to explicitly teach the definition of nouns and provide students with an opportunity to practice identifying nouns as people, places and things.
